What a great location just off the Flora-Bama coast excitement. Amazingly affordable prices whether you're buying or renting from current owners. This is the best area to enjoy awesome views while enjoying the aromatic breezes of the waterways and gulf shoreline. Everything I would ever need is within walking distance as well as great entertainment while visiting the local establishments. I was able to enjoy sun, sand, and surf in a relaxed secure environment, and relax on a waterway vessel of my choice to add some excitement and diverse scenic views. So many friendly locals that make you feel right at home. I can't wait to visit again soon.
The view is amazing you get to see dolphins and many of the flying animals around the area the higher the better the view of everything nature has to offer
We have booked many of our clients to stay at Shipwatch. They are great amentities and the private beach access is a bonus to our guests
Shipwatch 204 E (Riverside) Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in a romantic setting. Offers an excellent view of the Olde River, and is just a short walk across the road to the beautiful white sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Grounds and building are well maintained with parking available for boat trailers. Docks and a boat ramp are also available upon request. Large unheated pool, 3 tennis courts, well equipped exercise room, sauna and hot tub are featured also. However, the unit is in need of a complete updating, otherwise I would have given a 5 star rating. I would also recommend to the owner to change the sagging Queen bed with a new King as the large bedroom can accommodate it. Luxury Coastal Vacations, the rental agency, made the stay for our family of 4 extremely enjoyable, and will be using them when we return to this area.
Great room, great view, but saddened the sauna and nicer ammenities are across the street.
Very nice condo. 301 in D building. A friend stayed there and we visited. Very large patio. Nice accomodations.
We went out in a boat for 12.00 per person. Two boats run side by side to create waves between them. The dolphins swim up and leap out of the water in the waves. I took some pictures but the dolphins we're so fast I barely caught them on camera. It was worth the money I believe. We enjoyed it.
